Botaniq Castle of Tura, Pest County

Baron Sigmund Schossberger purchased the land, located in the town of Tura, Pest County, from the Esterházy family in 1869. The castle he had dreamt of, designed by Gyula Bukovics was built there by 1883.

The fabulous castle recalling the style of the Loire Valley castles of France was nationalised after the war. It had functioned as a school until 1973, and its state became dilapidated later on.

Being restored to its original glory, Botaniq Castle of Tura opened its doors in 2020. With its 19 rooms, it functions as a hotel as well as an exclusive event venue.
Its park of 10 hectares is ideal for photo shootings, and its SPA services offer a perfect opportunity for recreation and relaxation for guests.

With its separate rooms, palm house, cigar room, salons, restaurant, bar, huge terrace and beautiful garden, the castle is an ideal choice for imposing corporate events, conferences, team building trainings and weddings. It is a truly romantic travel destination thanks to its unique appearance.
