Shibden Mill Inn in Halifax, West Yorkshire

The historic 17th-century Inn has a long history; it was first used as a grain and spinning mill before being purchased by Halifax brewers the “Websters” in 1890 and converted into a public house. After many years, the mill’s purpose has altered, but it is still humming and thriving with pleasure, fine dining, and wines of the highest caliber.

The Shibden Mill Inn is ideally situated in the stunning Shibden Valley and makes a lovely starting point from which to tour the surrounding countryside. In the warmer months, the open fires at the Inn greet guests with a cozy welcome, while in the summer, the valley setting and lovely gardens next to Red Beck make for the ideal location for al fresco dining.
